Buying
You will always find a variety of items available for purchase at our three locations. We strive to have pricing that reflex great value. Since the majority of our products have been pre-owned, items are better values and yes, we do trade. Our inventories change daily so the chances of finding that special piece could happen any day of the week. Layaways are available on items of purchase.
Layaway Program
We welcome layaway sales and many of our customers use it to purchase items they can't pay for on the spot. Our layaway program is very simple:
- There are no layaway fees, only the purchase price and sales tax.
- A deposit of 20% is required when making the layaway.
- A payment is required once every two weeks.
- The length of the layaway will be determined by the purchase amount and the item.
Trading an Item
Our customers are welcome to shop and look for items that they may wish to purchase. If you find something you like, you may want to think about trading an item to help pay for your purchase. Since we sell many different types of items, we are always looking for special pieces.
Redeeming or Purchasing a Firearm
Statesville Jewelry and Loan is a licensed FFL dealer and complies with all NC state and Federal firearm laws.
When we release (pawn redemption, sale, or repair) a long gun, our customer must complete a Federal Firearm Form which includes an instant FBI background check. Individuals with a NC Carry Conceal Permit must complete the Federal Firearm Form, but are exempt of the FBI background check.
When we release (pawn redemption or repair) a hand gun, our customer must complete a Federal Firearm Form which includes an instant FBI background check. Individuals with a NC Carry Conceal Permit must complete the Federal Firearm Form, but are exempt of the FBI background check.
When we release sell a hand gun, our customer must have a NC Pistol Purchase Permit and complete a Federal Firearm Form which includes an instant FBI background check. Individuals with a NC Carry Conceal Permit must complete the Federal Firearm Form, but are exempt of the NC Pistol Purchase Permit and the FBI background check.
